Return & Exchange Policy

Bichae Grooming Products is happy to offer a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase or you accidentally purchased the wrong item from us. You have up to 14 days to return the item to us for a full refund provided that it meets our guidelines. Unfortunately we can not however accept refund at this moment for items that are personalised. 

Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

If for any reasons you haven’t received your refund within seven days of receiving our confirmation email, please get in touch and we will be happy to look into it for you.
